The Galveston Women's Conference takes place at the Moody Gardens Convention Center on Galveston Island, Texas. This day-long educational event celebrates, inspires and motivates women to strive for the best in both their personal and professional lives. This year’s theme is “Mind, Body and Soul..” Oscar-nominated actress, author and healthy-lifestyle advocate Mariel Hemingway will serve as the keynote speaker, and Teresa Carlson, the president and chief growth officer at Splunk, will serve as an honorary speaker. As in years past, the big e event is sponsored by the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce.
